My name's Poppy and I live in England, although I was born in Scotland. I mostly write fiction but I'm looking to increase my flexibility by writing about things I know - hopefully they'll help others, too. I am studying English Language and Linguistics and Japanese at York St John University. I'd love to teach English in foreign countries as well as be recognised as a modern author.
I also write for Helium, HubPages and Wikinut. I speak conversational Japanese and I love cooking, swimming and horse riding.
